1 alfresco light lunch please

If you're not relaxed when you arrive at our Bar and Lounge, you will be when you leave. This informal, chilled out environment is the perfect place to laze with a pint, glass of wine  and a newspaper, or an espresso while you watch the world go by.

If it's a sunny day, you can enjoy a light lunch or a couple of beers outside in our courtyard. We don't know which is more captivating; the views or the menu. It's hard to know which to look at first. Crammed full of tempting snacks and light meals, the menu is as satisfying as our lovely scenery.

And while you're sat in the bar relaxing after a hard day in the spa or a stressful day in the boutiques of Winchester, you might like to quiz some of our staff on the local history. The bar is the perfect place to find out all kinds of gossip. In a single year over 60,000 people have stay with us, sleeping a total of 48 years. Must be those Sealy beds.

Once you've sampled our extensive menu and wine list and enjoyed the friendly bar atmosphere, we're sure you'll be looking for any excuse to come back. But then who needs an excuse?
