This real ale pub will make you feel as warm inside as the open fires make the atmosphere. With original oak beams and tons of character it's the kind of place you can really sink down into and spend a few quality hours drinking and eating. We've got a fantastic new menu that offers great snacks if you just fancy a nibble, right through to the traditional pub fare that tastes even better eating in this cosy environment.

If you're around on a Sunday, our Carvery is really rather good, though we say so ourselves. It's a perfectly cooked and succulent array of meats – enough to put the colour back in your cheeks.
